Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all services provided by WonderTap (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website and local CO₂ cylinder exchange service (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Charges and Billing

1.1. Customers are charged only after a successful exchange has taken place.

1.2. No charges are applied for missed deliveries or unsuccessful service attempts initiated by the Company.

2. Cancellations

2.1. Customers may cancel participation in the Services at any time by not scheduling or requesting additional cylinder exchanges.

2.2. Once a scheduled exchange is in progress, cancellation is not guaranteed. Customers must ensure empties are left out at the designated time to avoid a failed exchange.

3. Refunds and Credits

3.1. Refunds or credits will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • (a) If a delivered cylinder is defective, damaged, or otherwise unusable;

  • (b) If a material error in delivery occurs (e.g., incorrect cylinder type provided).

    3.2. Refunds are not available for:

  • (a) Lost, stolen, or damaged cylinders before pickup;

  • (b) Customer failure to leave empties outside for exchange;

  • (c) Customer misuse or improper storage of cylinders.

    3.3. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
