How does this work and what do I do?

Before your service day, we’ll text you to check if you need a swap. If you do, simply reply “Y” to confirm. On your service day, leave your empty cylinders at your front door by 8am. We’ll pick them up and leave full ones in their place. We’ll then email you a receipt.

When will my CO2 be swapped?

We service each area once a week. Your service day depends on your location. When you sign up you will be notified of your swap day.

When is my swap day?

Like a paper mail route, each address has its own swap day. Sign up to find yours.

How much and when will I be charged?

You only get charged when we swap cylinders. See our pricing chart for rates. No other fees or tipping.

Is there a subscription fee?

NO! There are no subscription fees, simply pay for each swap.

What machines do we support?
